Hey, I’m Prash, and this blog is something my wife Maria and I started to keep track of all the little places that make living here feel special.

I work in real estate. Maria’s in tech. And on the weekends? We’re usually out chasing good food, better coffee, and the kind of quiet views that make you pause mid-conversation. We both love photography, so we’re constantly snapping pics, sometimes of food, sometimes of a trail, sometimes of each other when we think no one’s looking.

Maria bakes, like, really bakes. Brownies, cookies, loaves that make the whole place smell like something good’s about to happen. She's the calm in the chaos, and the first to get excited about a farmers market or a bakery tucked into a neighborhood we’ve never been to.

Me? I’m the planner. I’m always trying to find the next spot with a solid vibe, whether it’s a patio for beers or a trail that ends with a view. If there’s a place you’ve been meaning to try, chances are it’s already on my list.

ExploreTheCouve.com started because we genuinely love this county. We love trying new places, meeting people, and finding those small moments that make you feel like you belong somewhere. This blog is where we keep those moments, and maybe help someone else find them too.
